GREENWICH MOTOR & MOTOR CYCLE CLUB Ltd 2008
I have been a member of the Greenwich Club since 1974 when I was 17 Years old. I met up with riders who were at the Training Scheme at Greenwich running the RAC ACU Training Group. I learnt on a Honda CD175 and then I progressed onto a Honda CB250 GS. From there I moved on to a Suzuki GT550 N. My interest then was marshalling at Brands Hatch, and I spent a few years at the Druids Bend Exit. I then moved round to Graham Hill Bend where I was Flag Marshal for some years. The bike I rode then was a Suzuki GS850 GT shaft drive which I used when I became a Travelling Marshal in in the 1980’s. After one season on this bike I moved on to a GSX1100 Suzuki which I used for Travelling Marshal duties. I have been on the Club Committee on and off for some years now and at present I am the Club Captain. I am also a Sector Marshal with the Hot Trax Endurance Series
